Product-Specific Terms Take Precedence
This is the general terms of service for Voxos.ai Inc. Each of our products has its own terms of service that provides more specific information about usage, features, and limitations for that service. Product-specific terms take precedence over these general terms where they differ.

By accessing or using any service operated by Voxos.ai, Inc. ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our services.

- Flow Journal - A mindful journaling application

3. Accounts and Registration

We generally do not provide refunds for subscription fees. Exceptions may be made at our sole discretion.

Our services, including their design, features, code, and content (excluding Your Content), are owned by Voxos.ai, Inc. and protected by intellectual property laws.
7.2 Open Source
Some of our software is released under open source licenses. Such software is governed by its respective license terms.

"Voxos", "Clink", "Flow Journal", and associated logos are trademarks of Voxos.ai, Inc. You may not use our trademarks without written permission.
8. Termination
8.1 By You
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or through your account settings.
8.2 By Us
We may suspend or terminate your account if you:
- Violate these Terms
- Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
- Fail to pay applicable fees
- Pose a security risk to our services
8.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination:
- Your right to use our services ends immediately
- Your data may be deleted after a grace period
- You remain liable for any outstanding fees
- Provisions that by their nature should survive will remain in effect
9. Disclaimers
OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that:
- Our services will be uninterrupted or error-free
- Defects will be corrected
- Our services are free of viruses or harmful components
- Our services will meet your specific requirements
- Any data or content will be preserved or backed up
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Voxos.ai, Inc. shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill
- Service interruptions or data loss
- Actions of third parties
- Matters beyond our reasonable control
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) $100 USD.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Voxos.ai, Inc., its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

12. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any legal action arising from these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

14.4 Assignment
You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our consent. We may assign our rights without restriction.
